A beautiful session based around somatic energy healing and crystalline remedies that allow you to begin healing the seed of your presenting issue.

Session
During our session together, we will go into what is occurring for you at this time and how your individually tailored crystalline remedies I have made for you, will aid in your healing journey.

From here, we will move into a deep, restorative body healing, uniquely tailored for you. You’ll be relaxed, fully clothed with an eye pillow on, covered in warm blankets whilst I carry out your personalised somatic healing journey.

I will work with healing techniques that allow your body to begin its innate healing process, which also directly complement the remedies you will be working with, allowing you to deepen your healing journey for the next 21 days.
