Session
During our session together, we will go into what is occurring for you at a deeper level and how your uniquely tailored healing journey, coupled with the remedies I have tailored specifically for your current situation or issue, will assist you.
From here, we will begin your healing journey by moving into a deep, restorative body healing, uniquely tailored to you. You’ll be relaxed on the healing table, fully clothed with a lavender eye pillow on, covered in warm blankets and soothing binaural music to aid in deeper rest, whilst I carry out the somatic component to our session. There is nothing clients need to do here but simply let go, rest and retreat. This time is yours.
I will work with healing techniques that allow your body to begin its innate healing process which also directly complement the remedies you will be taking, allowing you to deepen your healing.
After your healing, we will have a short discussion about anything you’d like to share to tie off our session.

Spiritual Guidance Sessions allow Fiona to Psychically and Intuitively relay what is happening for you at deeper levels in life through a detailed Tarot and Oracle card reading whilst utilising her naturally gifted Clairvoyant ability throughout the reading.
These sessions provide clarification and guidance for areas you are struggling with, enabling you to feel empowered and gain awareness with the messages you receive.
